Tio Pablo is part of a locally owned restaurant group that's committed to customer service and big flavors. The other restaurant members are Millie's, founded in 1989, at 2603 East Main Street; and LuLu's, founded in 2007 at 21 North 17th Street. As positions come available, we will post them on all our websites.
Tio Pablo is currently looking for line cooks and dishwashers.
We serve authentic Puebla- and Oaxaca-inspired Mexican food in a scratch kitchen that is completely gluten-free. Tio Pablo is open for lunch and dinner; service is fast-paced and all food is made to order.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 4 pm to 9 pm; Friday and Saturday, 11 am to 10 pm; and we are closed on Sunday.
Pay is based on position and experience. Being bilingual is a plus.
LuLu's is currently looking for line cooks and dishwashers.
LuLu's serves brunch and lunch in a lively, fast-paced environment. The menu is Southern comfort-inspired, and all food is made to order in a scratch kitchen.
Hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm.
Pay is based on position and experience.
Millie's, which serves a rockin' brunch and lunch with global flavors, is currently fully staffed, although you're welcome to complete an application. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm.
